Beach Club Bistro’s presence in Euclid continuing to flourish with patrons, community

Next time you’re hungry, follow Paulie Hamalainen’s advice and “Take the fresh train to Tastytown.”

No, Tastytown isn’t an actual destination but a reference to visiting the Beach Club Bistro in Euclid, where Hamalainen serves as executive chef under owner Greg Jurcisin.

The Scottsdale Culinary Institute graduate has been with Beach Club Bistro in his current capacity for two years, six overall, and describes Jurcisin as the best owner he’s ever worked for.
